A favourite within the QCS office, the J8 Twin is an elevated version of the J8. While having the reliable options and diverse choice of the single-grinder machine, it provides dual hoppers and P.A.G.3+ grinders, allowing for maximum customization for all users. By having two hoppers instead of one, two separate types of beans can be placed in and served by the machine at once, satisfying both the dark and the light roast lovers. As a bonus, there is the ability to take from both hoppers in one drink, creating the perfect blend. While creating space for two hoppers and grinders, JURA manages to keep a design that is comparable to the J8 with its sleek features, a sight anybody would be happy to have in their kitchen space.
The conical grinders work in tandem with the Aroma Control function, ensuring that the best grind consistency is provided for your drink of choice. Wrong consistency for your flat white? No problem, the J8 Twin will notify you of this, and you can change the consistency easily through the Aroma Control dials on the top of the machine.
Another standout feature of the JURA J8 Twin is Coffee Eye, which detects when your cup is under a certain spout, whether that be the main coffee spout or the cappuccino spout for milk-based drinks. It then tailors your menu choices accordingly, making for an even more efficient morning routine. Of course, with the amount of personalization that comes with the J8 Twin, you have the option of turning functions such as Aroma Control and Coffee Eye off with just a few touches.
While being the most comparable to the J8, the JURA J8 Twin also shares features with the JURA GIGA 10, including its Panorama Coffee Panel. This wide touchscreen display has an interface that makes it easy for users to understand and navigate, while allowing accessibility to all of the personalization options.
Playing into the aspect of multiple coffee drinkers using a single machine, the J8 Twin provides the opportunity for separate user profiles. With the ability to name different profiles after different users, everybody gets their own customized menu based on their drink preferences, which can be saved by the user themselves.
