Cold brew for warm temps
Most notably in the Z10's impressive features, the Z10 gives the flexibility of making your drink in its hot version, keeping you comfy in the winter months, or switching to a cold brew version when the summer weather kicks in. While this cold brew option seems as simple as making a cup of coffee cold, the Z10 does more work behind the scenes than just cooling the temperature. From the start, the Z10 uses cold water for its cold brews through the Cold Extraction Process. In this process, the machine takes the cold water and pushes it through coarser coffee at a high pressure, resulting in a high quality cold brew. This method of utilizing the water's cooled nature from the beginning allows the taste of the cold brew coffee to be genuine to its flavours.
Something extra to wake you up
While the Z10 is recognized for its cold brew capabilities, the machine is also equipped with an extra shot function, for when you need an added kick during those dark, wintry mornings. By simply clicking the icon with the coffee bean within the Specialty Selection menu at the top, the Z10 will indicate which drinks you can create with an extra shot. These options include a cappuccino and a latte macchiato, among others.
Let the machine work for you: Product Recognizing Grinder
The Z10 is also equipped with Product Recognizing Grinder (P.R.G.), where it will identify the type of drink that you are wanting to make and automatically change which kind of grind consistency it uses. This produces the ideal conditions for your drink of choice, whether it be a cortado, a cold brew macchiato, or a toasty flat white. The Z10 is prepared to handle any drink you throw at it and to give it its best working conditions.
If you have a consistency that you like to keep despite the P.R.G.'s recommendations, the Z10 also allows you to use your own custom settings for the grinds by adjusting the Aroma Selection panel before preparing your drink.
Going beyond coffee
Some days, you might want to deviate from the norm and have a cup of green tea instead. The Z10 has the range to provide you with this selection as well, through its 'Hot water for green tea' option (in addition to its standard 'Hot water' selection). No matter how your preferences change throughout the seasons, there's no need to worry - the rest of the Z10's 32 drink options are there to stay.
