As QCS is the service centre for Jura in BC, all the machines are brought here for repairs. Another option our customers have is to trade in their older Jura unit and get a discount on a machine from the new line. When customers opt for this, we overhaul their old machines, clean it and get it ready to work perfectly for the next customer. And, yes, of course there would be a significant cost reduction PLUS 1 YEAR WARRANTY. Due to this system, QCS is the home for refurbished Jura machines.
A refurbished machine means
- We make sure the machine is not too old and is a suitable machine to refurbish
- We replace important central parts such as the brew unit
- We clean and descale the inside of the machine
- Once everything is in working order, we put a price tag on it along with a 1 year warranty
