This August, we had the pleasure of attending JURA's 2026 North American Product Conference, as well as the opening of their brand new hospitality and service center in Mt. Joy, Pennsylvania.
The multi-day event allowed us to take in the hard work the JURA team put in to not only hosting a well-organized event, but also creating a first-class facility. The sprawling 94,000 square-foot establishment showcased the efficient processes and smart technologies JURA uses at every corner. The clean and open-air showroom included an area for machine diagnostics, which transitioned into an impressive space for the main servicing to take place. Though we weren't there during working hours, it was easy to see how the hospitality center would be an efficient space for JURA servicing.
Of course, at the JURA Product Conference, we were introduced to the new JURA products slated to be released later on in the year. Last month, these machines were introduced to the market! We got to dive into the Worlds of Indulgence that are showcased on the new releases, including the classic Hot Brew option, as well as Light Brew, Cold Brew, and Sweet Foam. After the presentation put on by the JURA team, we experienced the worlds for ourselves with a hands-on experience with all of the machines. Learning about the new features, whether they were from an entirely new machine or a new generation of an existing machine, was exciting and educational. Now we get to share these machines with you!
