The JURA J10 twin Diamond Onyx brings together two custom sides of coffee in one machine with dual hoppers and grinders, resulting in 46 coffee specialties.
Unity in separation
Separation of the two hoppers and grinders opens up a new realm of possibilities on the drink menu. Have both dark and light roasts stored in the hoppers at one time, or keep caffeinated beans in for the morning and decaffeinated beans in for the nighttime. With both options readily available at once, the menu on the J10 twin expands twofold, and different preferences within the household are catered to by one machine.
Each side is equipped with a P.A.G.3+ grinder, elite JURA technology that works with active grind level monitoring, keeping in check the extraction through aroma control. Use the two knobs at the top of the machine to manually adjust the aroma control on either group of beans.
Alongside the separated hoppers and grinders is the option to blend them together in one cup. Using the Panorama Coffee Panel, the 6.7" touchscreen provides options for taking from one hopper or the other, or creating an entirely different blend by pulling from both simultaneously. With the screen, gain access to other settings such as grind fineness and espresso/milk ratios.
Different worlds of indulgence
With Cold Extraction Process, the JURA J10 twin Diamond Onyx adds layers of customization and premium espresso to the world of superautomatic espresso machines. Using cold water throughout extraction, JURA's Cold Extraction Process utilizes a slower process under high pressure to provide the same level of flavours and aromas in cold brew specialties as hot beverages.
Other espresso options the JURA J10 twin provides are Light Brew and Sweet Foam Function. Light Brew allows users to make their favourite espresso drinks and have it at ready-to-drink temperature as soon as it finishes extracting. This uses less coffee per cup to result in a lighter brew.
Sweet Foam Function enables the use of syrup and JURA's syrup attachments to deliver sweeter and more customized specialties. Choose your own syrup and place it into the syrup attachment, allowing Sweet Foam Function to incorporate the flavourful add-on into your drink seamlessly through the milk.
