We're excited to introduce our new service at Quality Coffee Systems, specifically targeted towards commercial JURA machine owners, called Office Coffee Service.
This service will bring the expertise of JURA technicians to your door, reducing the time and effort of bringing in your machine for maintenance or service. With different packages to choose from (depending on what suits you and your organization best!), the Office Coffee Service program is tailored to fit companies of different sizes and coffee usage.
Not only will the Office Coffee Service allow for an easier process for you in the event that your machine breaks down, it will also prevent these malfunctions altogether. Proper and regular maintenance of the machine, which we provide through this service, will elongate the lifespan of your machine and ensure it stays in proper condition, too.

Office Coffee Service: Package Options
Professional Package ($58.30/mo or $700/yr):
This is the essentials package that includes regular cleaning and maintenance of your machine. Occurs around twice a year, depending on the size of your company.
- Brew unit rinse, rebuild, and replacement
- Bi-annual repairs, addressing leaks, component failure or other issues
- General cleaning and Descaling
- Full milk system flush and rebuild
Professional Plus Package (frequency and cost dependent on office size + demands):
Along with everything included in the Professional Package, the Professional Plus Package provides you with a regular supply of everything you need to keep your machine running properly.
- Everything included in Professional Package, PLUS supply top-up on:
- Coffee beans
- Cleaning tablets
- Filters
And though it isn't listed, this service will also give you more time back in your schedule. From not having to bring your machine to us to reducing any stress that issues may cause, the Office Coffee Service program is an exciting new way for us to bring our services to you. We believe in JURA technology and machines, but to have it be long-lasting also involves taking good care of it.
