Description
The Rocket R Cinquantotto, a dual boiler machine from Rocket Espresso, contains two separate boilers that are both PID controlled.
With a digital shot timer, a rotary pump, and a touchscreen communication pod, the Rocket R Cinquantotto takes the right steps in making every at-home barista feel well-equipped.
The PID control on each of the boilers (one 1.8 L and the other 0.58 L) allows for a range of possibilities from this machine. The PID integration ensures temperature stability, so that you are getting optimal extraction in each of your shots.
There is a 2.5 L capacity in the Rocket R Cinquantotto's water reservoir, or can alternatively be plumbed in to a direct water source.
