The brewing process
The Olympia Mina works through the usage of hot water in its system, alongside the included bottomless portafilter. Once the portafilter is filled with coffee and tamped with the mini tamper, it can be inserted underneath the main body of the Olympia Mina. Using an integrated valve, the water meets the coffee puck once the lever is brought up, and closes to build pressure once it is pulled down, bringing to fruition the aromatic extracted espresso.
