The phases
The three steps of the JURA 3-phase Cleaning Tablets are cleaning, care, and protection.
In the first phase (cleaning), any coffee fat and oil that are left behind from previous servings are washed away as hot water (80°C) is run down the brew unit and sieve.
During the second phase (care), the cleaning tablets work to prevent future fats and oils from sticking to the system.
