Through QCS Espresso Calibration services, we make sure that your espresso machine and your grinder are working together perfectly in tandem, so that all machines are running to the best of their ability.

What to Expect at a Calibration Session
During this espresso calibration session, we assess the coffee beans (variety, origin, altitude, roast level, etc.) as well as the TDS level of water in order to determine the ideal dose and grind size for optimal extraction.
This allows us to determine the tasting notes of the beans, adjusting settings on your machine and grinder according to these values.
Customers will be able to taste the true flavours of the coffee through our calibration handiwork, and we will verify that the flavour profile is consistent both with and without milk, ensuring consistency across your menu.


Ensuring Quality Post-Calibration
At the end of the session, we will equip you with a detailed espresso calibration sheet, which will outline:
- Relevant settings
- Tasting notes
- Recommendations from our Calibration Dept.
This sheet will help with the upkeep of the machine post-service, so that your coffee keeps its quality.
All calibrations are performed by Certified Coffee Sensory Professional, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to specialty coffee standards.
