Description
The Curtis Genesis is a bean-to-cup coffee machine that brews brilliantly. Drawing from the bean hoppers, the machine uses its integrated grinders to give an even grind to the whole beans. Making its way into the brewing mechanism, the Genesis tamps the coffee itself before extracting hot coffee, giving coffee lovers a freshly brewed drink every time.
This process uses a pressure brewing method similar to espresso. The pressure gives way to foam being created once the coffee is extracted, providing a silky finish to the drinks it serves.
Features
On the Curtis Genesis' 10" touch screen, users have the opportunity to create a unique blend for themselves, taking from either hopper or both at the same time. The screen also provides real-time brewing progress as the coffee is being made as well as a marketing opportunity for owners by displaying custom videos.
Cleaning is made easy by using a tablet that gets inserted into the machine. Other processes are simplified through features such as an optional under counter grounds kit and drip tray indicator.
