Return Policy:
Only items that are unused, unopened and in original packaging are subject to a full refund with no stocking fee. Shipping will not be covered by QCS. The item must also be returned within 30 day of the date of purchase.
If the machine was purchased under 30 days and is used and/or opened, there is a 15% restocking fee and we do not cover the shipping cost.
All components of the machine must be returned. This includes promotional and bonus items that were included in the purchase.
All machines that are returned will be examined on arrival before a refund can be issued.
